Tour Reviews
Highly recommended and worthwhile.
Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.
Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.
They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.
Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.
Good tour. The panoramic tour was very good to get to see some of Madrid’s highlights, although I’d recommend the options in which besides from the tour you get to visit Prado or the Royal Palace, as you make a better use of the day.
We recommend it. An excellent bus tour. The guide gave a lot of information about the sites, which you can explore later on your own.
A bit boring. It makes very few stops, if I’d known this I’d taken a better bus tour.
Quite good for getting to know the city as a whole. I liked stopping at the Hard Rock Café to rest a while, and then we continued with the rest of the bus tour.
The weather was a splendid 27 degrees centigrade, comfortable and perfect for sightseeing from the bus. Getting to go into the famous Retiro park was the best part.
High quality and a great price. Includes entrance to the museum and views of Madrid from the bus. In the afternoon I had the chance to return on my own to the places that deserved to be seen again, but this time on foot
Good organization. On the basis that it is impossible to know a big city in 2 hours, with the bus tour we got an idea of what the city looks like and we saw some very interesting places. The visit to the Prado enabled us to know this fantastic Museum, without having to queue at the ticket office, and receiving super interesting information frpm the guide.
Interesting. It is worth to know the most outstanding places of Madrid and especially, to know the most important works of the Prado Museum.
Even if you don’t like museums, I think that a visit to the Prado is essential if you’re in Madrid. I thought it was economical with the views of Madrid from the bus for taking beautiful pictures.
The time is not enough to see much. The city tour was okay if you have little time, but really did not see anything in depth. We had to take the tourist bus the next day to be able to stop at the most interesting points. Visit to the Prado was good but I think It was a little short.
We enjoyed the panoramic tour because we did not want to walk much and had little time to get to know the essentials of Madrid and the visit to the Royal Palace was impressive, we loved it.
A pleasant tour with a delightful finish.
The sightseeing was a quick tour through the highlights. The star of the tour was the Palace. We got off the bus and they told us about it at street level.
The tour was interesting and the trip to the Palace is essential.
Good organization. We loved visiting the Royal Palace with the guide and without having to queue at the ticket office. However, the bus tour was good, but you won’t see anything in depth.
I recommend it. The price fits the visit.
Very good experience at the Museum. The place and the works are really spectacular, and thanks to the explanations of the guides which made us understood the true value of the pictures.
A must see if you are in Madrid. The visit is well organized and you skip all the queues at the entrance. The masterpieces that were explained during the visit are incomparable.
Our guide chose what she considered to be the most important paintings to tell us more about them. It seemed to me like there were more works that we could not see although I don’t know if we could have seen them with a little more time.
I love it. It is a luxury with the number of works they have to revel with them. Highly recommended for any art lover.
An amazing tour without having to queue to enter. The guides explanations were very good.
Worth it. We not only avoided the long queues, the guide also gave us tons of details we wouldnt have known if wed gone alone.
If you visit Madrid you need to see the Royal Palace. Its one of the most important places in the city due to its history and beauty. The only thing I didnt like is that we couldnt take pictures inside the Palace.
The best way to visit the Royal Palace. Thanks to this tour we were able to visit the palace without queuing and thanks to the guide we were able to appreciate the buildings history and beauty and gardens even more.
Worth it. The palace is amazing and is definitely worth visiting it with a guide who explains every room you visit. The negative side is that you only get to see one part of the palace and youre not allowed to take pictures of the rooms.
The best of both museums. Without the tour we wouldnt have appreciated what we saw in the same way. Its a must for art lovers.
A good tour although very tight in time. The best parts were the guides explanations and not having to queue to enter the Prado. I didnt like the Reina Sofía museum as much because I dont understand abstract art.
I highly recommend it. The tour gives you a very general overview of the museums. Its ideal to see the most important things with the group, and then return on your own to see the rest. Also, you dont have to queue.
Fantastic works of art. The guide was amazing and the museums are close to each other, so you can hop from one to the other really quickly. Its essential for any Madrid visit.
Good organization to visit both museums. We loved the Prado Museum but I think the Reina Sofia Museum isnt worth it as much.
Good organization and great guide. The tour was very interesting and varied.
A great tour of the history of Madrid. We walked by very interesting places, buildings, streets, squares and shops.
A night to remember. Seeing the city highlights at night is beautiful. The lights create a special atmosphere.
Good value for money. We were able to appreciate the history of every important place in the center of Madrid thanks to the guide.
Good tour with a lot of history and great places. We werent many in this walking tour so it was like doing a private tour.
Great stadium. The people of Madrid should be proud. I intended to buy something in the shop at the end of the tour for my son but the prices were sky-high.
A must Combining the visit to Madrid with the Bernabéu tour is ideal, especially if you’re a Real Madrid fan and are fulfilling your dream of seeing their stadium and trophies.
The bus tour is a bit boring and I thought that the visit inside the stadium would be guided. I wear the official CR7 jersey as a souvenir, which was a bit expensive but worth it.
As the tour was only a few hours, it seemed silly to stop to get something to drink even though it was included in the price. Bernabéu is unique.
The stadium should be visited by all football fans. I am dedicated to professional hockey and was amazed by it.
