Tour Reviews
Highly recommended and worthwhile.
Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.
Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.
They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.
Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.
It needs more stops. Many of the places we went through can’t be seen that well from the bus, so I suggest adding more stops to the route.
I loved it, but you can always choose the other option that this company offers, which lets you get on and off when you want.
Good experience. We had very little free time to see Madrid and I was able to see the most important places and understand the city better due to the guide’s explanations.
The bus tour was also good, I liked the guide’s explanations.
Excellent. A comfortable seat from which to view the scenery, and time to stretch your legs and walk a little through the streets and parks of Madrid.
A somewhat quick tour but it gives you a general overview and you have references for understanding the key points afterward.
Fantastic. The tour to Madrid and the Museum was great, thanks to the guide who offered us very good information during the route
There’s so much to see in the museum that without a good guide like ours, you’ll easily get lost and won’t know where to start.
Very helpful and attentive service. I would go again with my family.
I’m not really an art lover but I have to say that the guide helped to get me excited about important works by Spanish artists like Velazquez. I highly recommend this tour.
Like a walking encyclopaedia, our guide. Fabulous. I loved the armoury with his cavalry armour, which filled the room.
I’m a traveller and I think that it’s one of the best preserved palaces in all of Europe. Original architecture and great interior decoration along with its exterior gardens.
The tour was interesting and the trip to the Palace is essential.
Our guide was perfect, many thanks again, truly.
The bus tour was a little boring and we only saw a small part of the Royal Palace and they did not let us take pictures of the rooms
Great tourl. You skip all the queues at the entrance and the visit is very complete.
Beautiful Museum. Not only do we look at the paintings, but thanks to the tour guides, they really understand the works and what the artists wanted to translate them into.
My friends from Madrid told me that to not visit the museum when in Madrid is like not having gone to Madrid at all. It was recommended to me and I left in delight.
Perfect!! Almost two hours soaking up culture in the museum, and then having time to relax in Retiro Park with my children, who were nearby.
It was about two hours and was worthwhile. I booked just this because I wanted to study more about each one of the works and the guide was quite helpful.
100% recommended. The guide gave us amazing explanations throughout the entire tour and we didnt have to queue to enter.
Worth it. We not only avoided the long queues, the guide also gave us tons of details we wouldnt have known if wed gone alone.
A must if you go to Madrid. The palace is amazing and the guide is well trained and friendly. She explained every room we saw in great detail and gave us very complete information about the palace and the Spanish monarchy.
Fantastic. We loved the palace although they only let us see some of the rooms.
A must. It was definitely the best way to see the palace.
I highly recommend it. The tour gives you a very general overview of the museums. Its ideal to see the most important things with the group, and then return on your own to see the rest. Also, you dont have to queue.
A good tour although very tight in time. The best parts were the guides explanations and not having to queue to enter the Prado. I didnt like the Reina Sofía museum as much because I dont understand abstract art.
Great tour. The best way to visit both museums if you like art and dont have much time in the city. The guide really made an effort in the explanations. I highly recommend it.
Good tour and fantastic organization. We didnt have to queue and got to see each museums highlights in the morning. In the afternoon we were able to return to the Prado Museum and visit it more calmly.
Worth it. We were able to see works of art that Id seen in art and history books. During the tour we got to see paintings from the 14th up to the 20th century.
Good organization and great guide. The tour was very interesting and varied.
A great tour of the history of Madrid. We walked by very interesting places, buildings, streets, squares and shops.
A night to remember. Seeing the city highlights at night is beautiful. The lights create a special atmosphere.
Good value for money. We were able to appreciate the history of every important place in the center of Madrid thanks to the guide.
Good tour with a lot of history and great places. We werent many in this walking tour so it was like doing a private tour.
Good value for money. I gave the Bernabéu tour to my boyfriend as a present for his birthday since he’s a huge football fan and we couldn’t miss out on visiting the Real Madrid stadium and get to know the city.
Great. The combination of seeing Madrid and enjoying the stadium of the best football team in the world is impressive.
To see the moments of Zidane and the latest championships won by the team is so impressive, even I got excited!
Perhaps the bus tour could have been longer or could have included another stop to see some areas better on foot.
Good way to visit Madrid and the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. We had enough time to tour the main streets of Madrid and see the Real Madrid stadium and its history, all in one morning.
