Highly recommended and worthwhile.

Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.

Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.

They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.

Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.

A great way to get to know Madrid for the first time and it helped us decide where to return to see in greater detail on foot.

Quite good for getting to know the city as a whole. I liked stopping at the Hard Rock Café to rest a while, and then we continued with the rest of the bus tour.

It needs more stops. Many of the places we went through can’t be seen that well from the bus, so I suggest adding more stops to the route.

A nice way to see Madrid. If you’re travelling with someone who has problems walking it’s the best option.

I’m not really an art lover but I have to say that the guide helped to get me excited about important works by Spanish artists like Velazquez. I highly recommend this tour.

Very good. It was very helpful to be able to locate important places in Madrid and decide what we wanted to see more carefully on other days. The visit to the Prado Museum was great and the explanations of the guide very interesting.

A tour suitable for those visiting Madrid for the first time. The bus is very comfortable and the explanations of the guides were good. But the best thing was the visit to the Royal Palace , an impressive building.impressive.

Good tour. We really enjoyed seeing the most important points of the city in such a comfortable way, especially since we went with my mother, who is older and gets tired a lot while walking. Finishing in the Royal Palace was great, the building is worth it.

Good organization. We loved visiting the Royal Palace with the guide and without having to queue at the ticket office. However, the bus tour was good, but you won’t see anything in depth.

The best way to visit the museum. The guides and their explanations were the best to know all the details of the works we were taught. I highly recommend it.

My friends from Madrid told me that to not visit the museum when in Madrid is like not having gone to Madrid at all. It was recommended to me and I left in delight.

We were spared from the long queue. Going on a weekend is best for skipping the long queues and also having a guide.

An amazing guided tour of the Royal Palace. Id visited the palace a few years ago on another trip to Madrid but didnt get to appreciate it as much until I visited it with this guide. Getting details of every space we visited was definitely worth it.

One of the most historic buildings in Madrid. It was definitely worth the visit to see things with a guide and be able to appreciate the palaces history and art.

Good tour and fantastic organization. We didnt have to queue and got to see each museums highlights in the morning. In the afternoon we were able to return to the Prado Museum and visit it more calmly.

The best way to visit both museums. A great tour through the works of the most noted artists and paintings in the Reina Sofia and Prado museums. We wouldve missed a lot of their history and anecdotes if wed done it on our own.

An astonishing tour!!

Great stadium. The people of Madrid should be proud. I intended to buy something in the shop at the end of the tour for my son but the prices were sky-high.
