Highly recommended and worthwhile.

Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.

Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.

They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.

Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.

I had to be in Madrid to make a quick trip to a friend for two days and this tour helped me quite a bit to learn the most significant things about the city.

Good experience. We had very little free time to see Madrid and I was able to see the most important places and understand the city better due to the guide’s explanations.

I had limited time and this tour made good use of it. For a few hours you see everything of importance in Madrid from the bus, taking photos when you want. Afterward there’s a stop to get out and walk part of the Retiro and to drink something at a local place before finishing the bus tour.

An excellent decision. A tour that’s not tiresome and in which you can see amazing things in a short amount of time. A good idea.

Splendid trip. Short but intense.

Take advantage of it and see landmarks and important buildings like the Royal Palace or the Theatre, which begins right in the heart of the Spanish plaza. The guide was capable of sharing information about each one of the artists and their works inside the museum. I recommend it!!

I’m not really an art lover but I have to say that the guide helped to get me excited about important works by Spanish artists like Velazquez. I highly recommend this tour.

A somewhat quick tour but it gives you a general overview and you have references for understanding the key points afterward.

Interesting to get to know Madrid and part of the history of Spain. I recommend it, especially for those travelling to Madrid for the first time.

It was a shame to have chosen a rainy day and it wasn’t good for taking photos. Finally the only thing that was worth it was the visit to the Palace.

Nice and well organized. Although, the time we spent at the Royal palace was very short, yet the visit was worthwhile.

The Palace is a true historical gem in Madrid. You get a detailed idea of how our past royal families lived and of the luxury that they enjoyed.

Great. We were few doing the tour and the explanations of the guide were very close and personalized at the Royal Palace. I would recommend it without hesitation.

One of the best art galleries in the world. I am an art lover and of course the visit to Prado has been the highlight of my trip to Madrid. The guided tour was very well organized and we also skipped the queue at the entrance, which were endless.

One of the most historic buildings in Madrid. It was definitely worth the visit to see things with a guide and be able to appreciate the palaces history and art.

The best way to visit the Royal Palace. Thanks to this tour we were able to visit the palace without queuing and thanks to the guide we were able to appreciate the buildings history and beauty and gardens even more.

They only let you see some of the rooms. The palaces size and history is amazing, but they only let you see some of the rooms.

Worth it. We not only avoided the long queues, the guide also gave us tons of details we wouldnt have known if wed gone alone.

The Prado Museum is better than the Reina Sofía museum. I went with my husband and we loved the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía not so much.

Amazing. Its worth the guided tour because they show you the most important pieces in the museum and explain each paintings history.

The best of both museums. Without the tour we wouldnt have appreciated what we saw in the same way. Its a must for art lovers.

A good tour although very tight in time. The best parts were the guides explanations and not having to queue to enter the Prado. I didnt like the Reina Sofía museum as much because I dont understand abstract art.

I highly recommend it. The tour gives you a very general overview of the museums. Its ideal to see the most important things with the group, and then return on your own to see the rest. Also, you dont have to queue.

Good tour with a lot of history and great places. We werent many in this walking tour so it was like doing a private tour.

The stadium should be visited by all football fans. I am dedicated to professional hockey and was amazed by it.

The tour in the stadium you do on your own with vouchers to access certain rooms. I like that you get to go at your own pace.

The guide was friendly and very informative. The tour through the Stadium is immense and lovely at the same time when seeing the trophy area and the museums. I recommend it.

It could’ve been better. The guide’s tours were very good and the points we saw in Madrid gave us an overview of the city. We passed the Cibeles, the Neptune, the Plaza de Colón… my husband liked it a lot. But when they left us at the Bernabeu to do the tour, I don’t know if that meant we skipped some places in the city.

The bus tour is a little boring but you have another perspective from the open top of all the major areas of the city. But arriving Bernabéu and visiting each of its rooms makes up for it all.
