Highly recommended and worthwhile.

Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.

Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.

They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.

Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.

Better than the tour bus. It makes fewer stops but they tell you many more interesting things, it also goes through the financial district.

Excellent. A comfortable seat from which to view the scenery, and time to stretch your legs and walk a little through the streets and parks of Madrid.

The weather was a splendid 27 degrees centigrade, comfortable and perfect for sightseeing from the bus. Getting to go into the famous Retiro park was the best part.

A bit boring. It makes very few stops, if I’d known this I’d taken a better bus tour.

A nice way to see Madrid. If you’re travelling with someone who has problems walking it’s the best option.

We liked it. We went to Madrid for only 3 days and this way, we were able to see the most important areas of Madrid and know the Prado Museum.

It’s great. It helps you orient yourself with regard to the locations of the most important corners of the city if you want to return to see them in more detail afterward on foot. I liked the museum.

I am from Madrid and I did this tour with a couple of my friends from out of town. I thought that I knew my city but the guide showed me I didn’t. A delight to have done the tour with you all.

Exceptional tour through the museum. Very useful if you don’t have much time in the city.

The time is not enough to see much. The city tour was okay if you have little time, but really did not see anything in depth. We had to take the tourist bus the next day to be able to stop at the most interesting points. Visit to the Prado was good but I think It was a little short.

What I expected. The return by bus was good to do in a short time, but it will be better, if you have time, to hire the tour bus to be able to know the most interesting sites. The Royal Palace is a real wonder, a must to visit if you are in Madrid.

The tour was interesting and the trip to the Palace is essential.

The Palace was incredible. Also our guide was very informative and knowledgeable.

Good experience. Although I would have liked you to go a little deeper into some of the explanations during the visit.

When I saw the paintings in front of me after seeing them for so many years in the pages of books, I was very impressed. I enjoyed the entire tour.

I love it. It is a luxury with the number of works they have to revel with them. Highly recommended for any art lover.

We were spared from the long queue. Going on a weekend is best for skipping the long queues and also having a guide.

It is worthwhile. We went with our children who did not like art really much, but they loved the Prado, thanks also to the explanations of the guides.

The Royal Palace is incredible, you can feel the history in every corner. The guide told us several details and anecdotes about the royal family and their history and some of the rooms were very interesting.

An excellent tour, great to be able to go in without queuing. It was a pity that we couldnt take pictures inside to commemorate our visit.

An amazing guided tour of the Royal Palace. Id visited the palace a few years ago on another trip to Madrid but didnt get to appreciate it as much until I visited it with this guide. Getting details of every space we visited was definitely worth it.

A must if you go to Madrid. The palace is amazing and the guide is well trained and friendly. She explained every room we saw in great detail and gave us very complete information about the palace and the Spanish monarchy.

The time we spent in the palace ran short. Its worth the visit, especially because you get to see it without having to queue at the entrance.

Good tour and fantastic organization. We didnt have to queue and got to see each museums highlights in the morning. In the afternoon we were able to return to the Prado Museum and visit it more calmly.

The Prado Museum is better than the Reina Sofía museum. I went with my husband and we loved the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía not so much.

Good tour with a lot of history and great places. We werent many in this walking tour so it was like doing a private tour.

An astonishing tour!!

Good price. We wanted to take advantage of our stay in Madrid to get to know the city and I wanted to fulfill my dream of feeling like Cristiano Ronaldo at the facilities of the Bernabeu.

Mandatory excursion. It’s essential if you want to get to know the city and get excited about the history of the best football team in the world.

Very good. I enjoyed every minute I spent at the Bernabéu. The bus tour was also good, to get to see the most important places in Madrid.
