Tour Reviews
Highly recommended and worthwhile.
Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.
Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.
They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.
Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.
Excellent tour. The guide was very good and told us several curios facts about the places we saw. A very interesting way to visit Madrid.
A great way to get to know Madrid for the first time and it helped us decide where to return to see in greater detail on foot.
I’d recommend it. The bus tour was quite good to see a few of the capital’s main attractions. You get an overall idea of what places to visit later on your own.
Splendid trip. Short but intense.
I recommend this tour for travellers who have limited time and want to do something touristy.
A must. The visit to the Prado Museum is a must if you go to Madrid and with this excursion, we also avoided the queues and appreciate the pictures better through the explanations of the guides. Bus travel from Madrid is quite good, although it is impossible to actually see Madrid in 2 hours.
I’m not really an art lover but I have to say that the guide helped to get me excited about important works by Spanish artists like Velazquez. I highly recommend this tour.
Inadequate. On the bus tour we made few stops and everything was seen from the bus, so many monuments by barely looking. The visit to the Prado Museum is okay to know the basics, but it really takes more time to get to know the museum.
We liked it. We went to Madrid for only 3 days and this way, we were able to see the most important areas of Madrid and know the Prado Museum.
Very professional guide teaching us about the highlights of the museum and explaining everything very clearly and understandably. I think that there should be more time inside, so therefore I can’t give it a 10.
Great memories. The arrival and the time we spent in the royal palace were the best.
The Palace is a true historical gem in Madrid. You get a detailed idea of how our past royal families lived and of the luxury that they enjoyed.
I highly recommend it. The excursion by bus around Madrid was simply to learn a little about the most interesting points of the capital, but the visit to the Royal Palace was impressive, and that they only allow you to visit a part of the Palace.
The Palace was incredible. Also our guide was very informative and knowledgeable.
I’m a traveller and I think that it’s one of the best preserved palaces in all of Europe. Original architecture and great interior decoration along with its exterior gardens.
Spectacular. The building and the exhibitions are impressive, but if you go out you cannot go back in.
Fantastic. I love the Goya’s paintings, and the truth is that the Guide managed to convey the full meaning of the works we saw. The visit is very good.
It was about two hours and was worthwhile. I booked just this because I wanted to study more about each one of the works and the guide was quite helpful.
Charming guide with jokes the whole time, so that it wasn’t a very serious or boring visit. Good detail on his part.
Interesting. I’m not especially art lover, but if you are in Madrid you have to see the Prado Museum. I must say that I was surprised by the visit, the explanations were very interesting and we were given a lot of information to understand pictures.
The Royal Palace is incredible, you can feel the history in every corner. The guide told us several details and anecdotes about the royal family and their history and some of the rooms were very interesting.
The time we spent in the palace ran short. Its worth the visit, especially because you get to see it without having to queue at the entrance.
They only let you see some of the rooms. The palaces size and history is amazing, but they only let you see some of the rooms.
The best palace in Western Europe. Its huge and has a lot of history and art. Its a shame they dont let you take pictures.
Amazing. The Royal Palace is incredible, much bigger than Versailles or Buckingham Palace. I didnt expect it to be so spectacular, especially its church.
Amazing. Its worth the guided tour because they show you the most important pieces in the museum and explain each paintings history.
The Prado Museum is better than the Reina Sofía museum. I went with my husband and we loved the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía not so much.
Well organized. The guide gave detailed explanations of all the pieces we saw and of their painters. It was very interesting for art history lovers like me. A great tour.
Good guide and organization. Our guide was very professional and pleasant, knew the paintings and painters history very well. Amazing.
Good tour and fantastic organization. We didnt have to queue and got to see each museums highlights in the morning. In the afternoon we were able to return to the Prado Museum and visit it more calmly.
Good organization and great guide. The tour was very interesting and varied.
A great tour of the history of Madrid. We walked by very interesting places, buildings, streets, squares and shops.
A night to remember. Seeing the city highlights at night is beautiful. The lights create a special atmosphere.
Good value for money. We were able to appreciate the history of every important place in the center of Madrid thanks to the guide.
Good tour with a lot of history and great places. We werent many in this walking tour so it was like doing a private tour.
The bus tour is a little boring but you have another perspective from the open top of all the major areas of the city. But arriving Bernabéu and visiting each of its rooms makes up for it all.
In general this is a nice little bundle with two trips. You have a guide and entrance to the stadium.
The best way to get to know Madrid. The tour of Madrid was a practical way of getting to know the different areas of the city and its history. The part of the stadium is self-guided but I would still recommend it, the building itself is impressive.
General view of the city from the bus, which was great for taking photos. I was not happy inside the stadium because an important part of the museum was closed. A shame.
Great!! Enjoyed with my family and my children the inside of Santiago Bernabéu. Such expressions of joy they had!
