Day trips from Madrid

Quite comfortable bus, brilliant restaurant in Segovia and very beautiful places. The downside is that there’s very little time to stop and appreciate everything in detail, especially the aqueduct and the unvisited cathedral.

Avila and Segovia are to be visited time and time again. I will never tire of walking through their streets and I have already thought about returning with my parents through this company.

History and art. Between both cities, there are at least 4 essential monuments to see in Spain, as well as many other interesting but not so famous ones.

Spectacular places. The Alcázar, the Cathedral and the aqueduct of Segovia along with the walls of Avila are impressive, worth seeing if you’re in Madrid

I loved the tour with this agency. The guide was very well prepared but sometimes gave the same explanations in English and Spanish, which took some time.

Could be improved. The route is beautiful, but the explanations of the historical background of the points we visited couldve been better.

Most of the group were older people and the tour was very fast-paced. Even so the cities are beautiful and my husband and I were amazed by the aqueduct.

Good organization. We left Madrid on time. The guides explanations were good, very educational. I only wished wed had more time to visit Avila on our own.

A pleasant tour. We saw Segovia and Ávilas highlights. Although I wouldnt recommend it for people who cant walk long distances or who have small children.

A great way to see Toledo. The bus is comfortable, the tour around the city is very complete and the guide’s information was very interesting.

Perfect to get to see Toledo. The street tour and visiting the city highlights was very interesting and broad enough to get an idea of the city and how it was during the time of its maximum splendor in the sixteenth century.

Better than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and the city tour. We loved the Alcazar and the Cathedral.

Very complete. Starting with a panoramic view of the city form the viewpoint was great, to then visit the most emblematic places.

Good organization and beautiful tour. In a single afternoon we were able to see the city and it’s most emblematic places. The guide gave us precise information and facts to help us understand and appreciate how the old Spanish capital was in the fifteenth century.

Toledo is, in a word, majestic

A very fast pace on the part of the guide, who was young. There were older people in the group and there were many ascents in the city that they needed to take at their own pace, and so they ended up missing part of the guide’s explanations. A shame on that part.

Great. We visited very interesting sites throughout the tour, and they told us a lot of trivia about them, which we wouldn’t have known if we’d gone on our own.

Toledo is spectacular. The guide, however, was in a hurry to get to each of the stops on time.

Half a day is honestly too little time to see Toledo, but we went to see the main sights in the city. The guide was very friendly.

Excellent. The best way to see Segovia and Toledo in a single day with a terrific guide.

Worth it. History and art in two spectacular cities.

Good for older people and bad for small children. The tour through Toledo’s streets is a bit difficult if you have babies. Otherwise, good tour.

We loved Salamanca. The Main Plaza, the university, the cathedral, the entire historical complex were all amazing. From Avila we really only got to see the wall.

Worth it. We loved being able to visit the most interesting places of Salamanca and Avila in a single day departing from Madrid. Estefania, the guide, was very attentive and gave us very good explanations of the places we visited.

I loved it. I thought about visiting Salamanca and Avila on my own and over several days but with this tour I was able to enjoy both cities in a single day and value their highlights due to our guide, Estefani’s, indication.

Lovely tour. There were tons of very interesting places that were worth the visit, both in Salamanca and Avila: the walls, cathedrals, streets, nobility palaces, etc.

The tour in general is wonderful but I was not happy to have to wait all the time for the explanations to be translated into one or two or more languages.

Small group and everything was well organized. Both the monastery and the Valley of the Fallen were fabulous thanks to the history behind them.

A very thorough guide with all kinds of information about the Escorial and the Valley of the Fallen, although perhaps more time should have been dedicated to the trip.
