Day trips from Madrid

Quite comfortable bus, brilliant restaurant in Segovia and very beautiful places. The downside is that there’s very little time to stop and appreciate everything in detail, especially the aqueduct and the unvisited cathedral.

Avila and Segovia are to be visited time and time again. I will never tire of walking through their streets and I have already thought about returning with my parents through this company.

History and art. Between both cities, there are at least 4 essential monuments to see in Spain, as well as many other interesting but not so famous ones.

Spectacular places. The Alcázar, the Cathedral and the aqueduct of Segovia along with the walls of Avila are impressive, worth seeing if you’re in Madrid

I loved the tour with this agency. The guide was very well prepared but sometimes gave the same explanations in English and Spanish, which took some time.

Could be improved. The route is beautiful, but the explanations of the historical background of the points we visited couldve been better.

Most of the group were older people and the tour was very fast-paced. Even so the cities are beautiful and my husband and I were amazed by the aqueduct.

Good organization. We left Madrid on time. The guides explanations were good, very educational. I only wished wed had more time to visit Avila on our own.

A pleasant tour. We saw Segovia and Ávilas highlights. Although I wouldnt recommend it for people who cant walk long distances or who have small children.

Worth it. This city is pure history. The most interesting sites were the cathedral and the synagogue.

It was worth it. We were satisfied both with the guide and the tour’s organization. For those who weren’t used to walking, the steep streets were a bit harsh, but that’s also part of Toledo’s charm

We really enjoyed the tour. We were very pleased with being taken from Madrid and for the guide to give us so much information about the sites we visited, it was far better than organizing a tour on our own.

Good organization and beautiful tour. In a single afternoon we were able to see the city and it’s most emblematic places. The guide gave us precise information and facts to help us understand and appreciate how the old Spanish capital was in the fifteenth century.

Toledo is, in a word, majestic

A very fast pace on the part of the guide, who was young. There were older people in the group and there were many ascents in the city that they needed to take at their own pace, and so they ended up missing part of the guide’s explanations. A shame on that part.

Great. We visited very interesting sites throughout the tour, and they told us a lot of trivia about them, which we wouldn’t have known if we’d gone on our own.

Toledo is spectacular. The guide, however, was in a hurry to get to each of the stops on time.

Half a day is honestly too little time to see Toledo, but we went to see the main sights in the city. The guide was very friendly.

Excellent. The best way to see Segovia and Toledo in a single day with a terrific guide.

Good for older people and bad for small children. The tour through Toledo’s streets is a bit difficult if you have babies. Otherwise, good tour.

Recommendable. Either of these two cities is worth the time, even by themselves, but getting to see both in a single day was a luxury.

We loved Salamanca. The Main Plaza, the university, the cathedral, the entire historical complex were all amazing. From Avila we really only got to see the wall.

The Escorial Monastery is truly delightful. My friends and I enjoyed it and had a great time. A shame part of the Valle was closed and we couldn’t go in.

Well put together by Julia and the team. In just a few hours they were able to share the essence and historical importance of the area.

Upgradeable tour. The guide could have offered more information and it’s a shame that they didn’t let us take pictures of the inside of the two monuments.

If you’re interested in the history of Spain, this is the trip for you. Also, the views and the monastery are one of a kind.
